This camp is coached by the staff of the RVRHS Field Hockey program and their graduates. The goal of the camp is to stimulate a love for the game by immersing your daughter in the sport and giving her the kinds of focused, intense training essential for her improvement. Over the course of the camp, her enthusiasm and self-confidence will grow, along with her skills.

​Little Risers Day Camp (Current K-4)
The LITTLE RISERS will focus on basic individual skills such as: dribbling, passing, receiving, eliminating, cutting, defending, and scoring. Skills learned throughout each day will be used in fun modified games.
Middle School Elite (Current 5-8)

The MIDDLE SCHOOL ELITE will concentrate on individual skill development. Included will be small group skills, organized offenses, transition, defensive communication and specialty situations, which will ultimately be used in competitive game situations.

Both camps are coached by the Eastern High School Field Hockey coaches and graduates.

SUMMER CAMP OPPORTUNITIES

July 15-18, 2019

UPRISE Field Hockey Club will have their try-outs for the 2018-2019 Winter/Spring season on June 10, 11 and 13, 2019.  They have team for  for U-12 through U-19 age groups.
